Willkates Ltd publishes this list of fees in accordance with section 83 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All amounts include VAT where VAT applies.
- Fees for tenants and applicants (England)
We only charge tenants the payments permitted by the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
- Fees for landlords
– Managed letting fee: £375 where monthly rent is £750 or less; 50% of the first month’s rent where it is above £750
– Let-only letting fee: £495
– Let-only check-out: £85
– Full management: From 8% of monthly rent
The following are available to quote upon request:
– Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
– Gas safety certificate (CP12)
– Gas certificate plus boiler service
– Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
– Legionella risk assessment
– Portable appliance testing (PAT)
– Smoke and CO alarm installation
– Inventory
– Court or bailiff attendance: £95 per hour.
